We are seeking Youth Worker to help develop and lead youth work in the Lodge Causeway and Hillfields area. This new role will focus on building relationships with young people both within the church and in the wider community, and creating safe and welcoming spaces for 11–14 year olds, with a particular focus on Year 6–7 transition.

We are looking for someone with experience of working with young people who can work relationally, take initiative, and help shape the direction of this work over time.
